You can add users or service providers to your Bushel Farm account, so they can help keep your farm information current.
When adding a user, you can choose the access level for each user. After you add a user, Bushel Farm emails them an invitation to finish creating the account. The user must accept the invitation to access your Bushel Farm account.
To add a user to your account:
- In the upper-right corner, click your initials.
- In the menu, click Manage Users.
- Under the type of user that you want to add, click + Add.
- Type the user's first name, last name, and email address in the appropriate boxes, and then click Add Person.
User Access Levels:
- Admins have full access to all features.
- Managers are able to view, add and edit Fields, Activities, Equipment, Scouting, Satellite Imagery, Storage, Alerts, and Connections, but will not see any financial information such as Input costs, Marketing, Profit & Loss, or Market Prices.
- Contributors are able to just view and add Fields, Equipment, Satellite Imagery, and Storage. Contributors can view, add, and edit Activities, Scouting Notes, and Loads.
- No Access users will not be invited or able to log in to your account. This type of user is applicable to be able to record information on behalf of someone working on the farm, or good for someone who has left the farm and should be moved down from a different access level.
