The Activity Cost feature tracks the operational and input cost of each activity you log. You can sort your list of Activities to view activity costs by commodity, field, and activity category to help determine your cost of production. Due to the space available on smaller screens, the activity costs by category may not be visible when viewing the app on your mobile device.
- In the menu, click Activities.
- In the top right corner next to Sort by, click one of these buttons to see the cost per acre:
- Category: this is the Activity type category such as Planting, Fertilizing, Spraying, or Harvesting. Sorting the Activities list by this will give you a per-acre cost of how much you're spending on each category.
- Field name: Sorting the Activities list by Field name will give you a per-acre cost of how much you're spending on each field.
- Commodity: Sorting the Activities list by Commodity will give you a per-acre cost of how much you're spending on each commodity.
- Status: Sorting the Activities list by Status will give you a per-acre cost of how much you've spent on Activities that are logged as Done or Planned.
